is hiring a skilled Accessibility Technician to help Maryland seniors and people with mobility challenges live independently at home.

The Impact

Your installations directly change lives - helping an 82-year-old sleep in her own bedroom again, enabling a veteran to safely enter his home, allowing families to bring loved ones home from hospitals instead of nursing facilities.

What You'll Do

• Install stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, grab bars, platform lifts, and bathroom accessibility equipment
• Conduct in-home evaluations and recommend solutions
• Create job layouts, material estimates, and custom installation plans
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural challenges
• Maintain inventory, tools, and company vehicle
• Provide compassionate service to clients and families

Must Haves

• Power tool proficiency and mechanical aptitude
• Technology comfort (tablet, smartphone, GPS, work software)
• Strong communication skills for working with seniors and families
• Physical ability: lift/tilt lbs, work in attics/crawl spaces
• Valid driver's license, clean record
• Pass background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Construction, carpentry, electrical, or plumbing experience
• Licensed electrician, general contractor, or elevator technician
• Home improvement or remodeling background
• Customer-facing installation work
• Aging-in-place specialist certification (CAPS)
