We offer two distinct program options so agents can grow in the way that fits their goals, experience level, and season of business.
The Full Extent Program
Your all-in-one partnership for growth.
Ideal for agents who appreciate comprehensive operational and marketing support.
What's included:
- 70% Agent / 30% Broker split
- $100 monthly tech & admin fee
- Professional listing marketing (photography, video, signage coordination, print collateral)
- Transaction coordination and scheduling assistance
- Lockboxes and signage placement/retrieval
- E&O insurance and compliance oversight included
- Leads as available
- Access to Reach Workspace + BackOffice systems
- Opportunities to participate in community events and media projects
Best for: agents who want structured support and collaboration as they grow.
Full Extent | Job Responsibilities
Focused on the work only a trusted advisor can do.
Agents in the Full Extent Program concentrate on client-facing, relationship-driven service, while Reach manages the operational and marketing infrastructure behind the scenes.
Responsibilities include:
- Meeting clients for listing consultations and buyer needs assessments
- Conducting showings and walking clients through homes
- Writing, presenting, and negotiating offers and counteroffers
- Advising clients on pricing, terms, negotiation strategies, and risk considerations
- Reviewing contracts and ensuring clients understand key points before signing
- Attending inspections, walkthroughs, closings, and key milestones
- Maintaining consistent, clear communication with clients
- Representing Reach with professionalism, care, and integrity
What Full Extent agents do not handle:
- Listing photography, videography, or marketing materials
- Sign installation or lockbox placement
- Scheduling, coordination, or back-office workflow
- Compliance management
- Lead generation systems (leads provided as available)
In Full Extent, your primary role is simple:
Serve the client well.
Reach handles the rest.
The Solo Program
Your business. Your independence. Our support.
Ideal for experienced or self-sufficient agents ready to maximize income while staying connected to a values-driven brokerage.
What's included:
- 85% Agent / 15% Broker split, capped at $9,000 annually
- 100% commission after cap
- $400 flat transaction fee
- Two personal deals per year at 100%
- E&O insurance and compliance oversight included
- Access to Reach Workspace + BackOffice systems
- Optional participation in community programs and marketing opportunities
Best for: agents who prefer autonomy and already manage their own business systems.
Solo | Job Responsibilities
Operate as both the trusted advisor and the business owner.
Solo agents perform all core advisory work and manage their own marketing and business operations.
Responsibilities include all Full Extent duties, plus:
- Managing personal marketing, branding, and listing promotion
- Developing and maintaining personal lead generation systems
- Handling sphere outreach, follow-up, and past-client communication
- Overseeing personal transaction workflows
- Coordinating photography, videography, and signage
- Managing business expenses, budgeting, and financial operations
- Establishing and maintaining personal operational infrastructure (CRM, templates, processes)
- Executing personal business-growth strategies
In Solo, you lead both your business and your client relationships, with Reach providing compliance, systems, and support you can depend on.
Candidate Requirements
- Active Ohio real estate license (or currently enrolled in pre-licensing coursework)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive approach to building a business
- Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards
- Reliable transportation
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Compensation
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent contractor role.
Income varies based on activity level, skill development, and consistency. Both programs offer clear, transparent compensation structures and the support you need to grow a sustainable business at your pace.
