Role Purpose

The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving WRG's catering revenue growth across all brands by building strategic B2B relationships with corporate clients, schools, hospitals, nonprofits, local businesses, and event partners.

This role owns the full catering sales process—from outreach and lead generation to CRM ownership, pipeline management, proposal execution, and partnership retention. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and 3PL partners to create a best-in-class catering experience from first contact to delivery.

This is a high-impact role with significant visibility, autonomy, and unlimited income potential tied directly to performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Sales & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, schools, hospitals, nonprofits, and regional organizations.
  • Develop a quarterly outreach and partnership calendar across all WRG brands.
  • Identify high-value accounts for recurring catering opportunities.
  • Represent WRG at community events, expos, and networking engagements to drive lead generation.

2. CRM Ownership & Pipeline Management

  • Serve as the owner of WRG's catering CRM (HubSpot, OmniRev, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Develop segmentation, follow-up workflows, and lead scoring.
  • Ensure accurate reporting on conversion, pipeline health, and ROI.
  • Integrate CRM insights with digital campaigns, loyalty, and 3PL data.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Partner with Operations for flawless catering execution.
  • Work with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, collateral, and sampling strategies.
  • Collaborate with Finance & Supply Chain on pricing, packaging, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with 3PL partners (EZ Cater, DoorDash, etc.) to optimize visibility and satisfaction.

4. Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Establish quarterly and annual catering sales targets.
