Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to all food safety and alcohol service regulations
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery
• Provide attentive customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions about menu items, and offering recommendations to enhance their experience
• Manage cash handling and cashiering responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change using retail math skills
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations while following proper food handling procedures
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or nightclub service as needed to support various hospitality functions
• Demonstrate excellent time management to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy periods

Experience

• Previous restaurant or food service experience is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as toast POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly and knowledge of food safety standards is essential
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math confidently
• Prior banquet or catering experience is advantageous but not required
• Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry standards enhances your candidacy

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $6.45 - $6.70 per hour
