Full-Time | On-site and Field-Based
The Methuen Housing Authority is seeking a full-time, bilingual (English/Spanish) Resident Services Coordinator to provide resident support, service coordination, and program development for residents in state-aided and federal public housing programs. This position works directly with elderly, disabled, and family households to support housing stability, wellness, and self-sufficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one resident support, referrals, advocacy, and crisis assistance
- Coordinate services with community partners and service providers
- Develop and support resident programs and community engagement activities
- Maintain confidential service records and prepare required reports
- Work collaboratively with housing management and administrative staff
Qualifications
- Bilingual English/Spanish – required
- Experience in resident services, case management, social services, or community-based work
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Ability to travel between Methuen Housing Authority sites
