We're currently seeking an HVAC Sales Representative with strong sales talent to help us achieve profitable growth while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Average yearly compensation: $125K–$300K per year + company vehicle

We're a team of home comfort experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and indoor air quality systems.

The Role: HVAC Sales Representative

This position is responsible for in-home selling of HVAC, Indoor Air Quality, and Plumbing solutions. You'll run an average of two company-provided leads per day, assess customers' current systems, design new systems, and offer solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Sales Representatives must be punctual, organized, thorough, and self-motivated—they essentially run their own business. Prior sales experience is required; HVAC experience is not required (we provide training).

Responsibilities:

  • Establish customer rapport to recommend the right products and services
  • Develop key client relationships; negotiate and close deals
  • Create accurate, complete sales proposals that transition easily to the installation team
  • Build customer confidence through transparent, informative consultations
