High Ticket Sales Manager

Sales Manager — View Movement Full-Time | Remote (U.S. Preferred) OTE: $65K–$140K+ (Base + Performance Bonuses)

About View Movement: View Movement helps mission-driven creators turn long-form podcasts and interviews into viral short-form content that builds influence, revenue, and reach. Our work has generated millions of views across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok. We are scaling from a $1M+/year agency to a $5–10M/year company and are hiring a Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team.

Role Summary: We are looking for a proven sales leader who has experience both closing high-ticket offers and managing sales teams. You'll coach reps, oversee the sales pipeline, manage systems and contract flow, assign leads, onboard new reps, and ensure weekly/monthly performance targets are met.

Responsibilities: Coach and develop sales reps through role-plays and call reviews
• Review deals, remove bottlenecks, and forecast revenue
• Ensure accuracy across CRM → contracts → onboarding workflows
• Route inbound and outbound leads to setters/closers
• Onboard new reps using VM Closer University
• Provide weekly sales reporting and insights

Qualifications: 2–5+ years managing sales reps (setters and/or closers)
• Experience hitting team revenue targets
• Strong understanding of KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Mission-driven and aligned with our clients' values
• Organized, decisive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Compensation: Base salary + override on team monthly revenue
• Performance bonuses
• OTE range: $65K–$140K+ depending on results
