What You'll Do

• Support daily operations using Juicekeys' proven systems for prep, service, and cleanliness.
• Lead shifts with confidence—delegating tasks, solving problems, and keeping the vibe positive.
• Coach and motivate your team to deliver excellent service during busy shifts.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance.
• Ensure every guest enjoys fast, friendly, accurate service in a clean, welcoming space.
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and professionalism.

What You Bring

• 1+ year of leadership experience in food service or hospitality.
• Strong people skills and a passion for motivating others.
• A growth mindset and eagerness to learn through hands-on experience.
• Enthusiasm for health, wellness, and clean, organic food.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
