Company Description

HAVN is a modern coworking, wellness, and social club designed for founders, creators, and high-performing professionals who value focus, balance, and meaningful human connection. Built around three core pillars — Work, Wellness, and Community — HAVN creates environments where people can do their best work while feeling genuinely supported and connected.

Our vision is to build a world where no one feels alone in their pursuit of growth.

HAVN SLX, located at Salt Lake Crossing, features private offices, collaborative coworking areas, meeting rooms, a fitness center, wellness amenities, and thoughtfully designed social spaces.

The Role

The Experience Associate is a highly visible, front-of-house role responsible for helping members feel welcomed, supported, and engaged every day. This role works closely with the Experience Lead and broader HAVN team to deliver hospitality-level service, activate the community through events, and bring the HAVN brand to life across our social media channels.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a people-facing environment, enjoys hosting and storytelling, and wants to grow within a fast-moving hospitality and lifestyle brand.

Sales Support

  • Act as a first point of contact for prospective members visiting the space
  • Answer questions about memberships, private offices, and amenities in a warm, informed, and consultative way
  • Identify opportunities to introduce HAVN to guests, event attendees, and walk-ins
  • Assist with tours, follow-ups, and handoffs to the Experience Lead or sales team
