Frontier Logistics Limited. is a family owned and operated trucking and logistics company that operates throughout the United States. We are growing and seeking a full-time 1st Shift Logistics Coordinator to work with our Logistics division.
The Logistics Coordinator would have the following responsibilities:
Responsible for tracking of loads, drivers, and trucks from loading to delivery across the United States to meet customer needs and expectations
Arrange carrier load coverage for shipments
Schedule and manage pickup and delivery appointment times
Review purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
Communicate with customers via email, web, and phone on tracking and other requests
Build loads using computer software systems
Work in a team environment, with experienced professionals, all striving towards common goals
Build relationships with customers and carriers
Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards
Additional responsibilities and growing assignments over time
Experience/Certification Required:
Detail-oriented, professional attitude, organized, and level-headed
****Must be Fluent in English****

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills
Excellent typing and computer skills including Microsoft Word & Outlook
Bachelor's degree preferred
5 years experience in transportation or logistics
