Granny & Dot's is a private family owned Christian Faith based 5 STAR preschool in Owasso, OK.

This position is for an immediate position We are expanding and adding a few more positions including Assistant Teacher. We have 1 FT position in our PreK classroom and 2 part time positions (3 pm - 6 pm)

Granny & Dot's has its own custom curriculum based on the Fruits of the Spirit with lesson plans already created. Assistant Teachers are responsible for assisting the master or lead Teachers in curriculum implementation, cleaning and breaking.

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

• Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience (Preferred)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
• High energy and the ability to work well with others (staff, children, and parents) and to foster a team environment.
• A strong understanding of child development and developmentally appropriate practice with children.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
• Must clear a full background check.
• Maintain personal professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement including but not limited to listed in the OKDHS Requirements for Childcare Centers Section OAC 340: b3
