Kitchen Staff

Bourbon Street Bistro is a fast-paced Cajun & Creole restaurant in downtown Charleston, WV, and we're continuing to build a strong, dependable back-of-house team.

We're looking for cooks and utility staff who take pride in their work, show up ready to move, and want to grow with a locally owned restaurant.

Open BOH Positions

• Line Cooks
• Prep Cooks
• Dish / General Utility

(Placement based on experience and availability)

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items consistently and to spec
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Work efficiently during busy service periods
• Support fellow team members and communicate clearly

What We're Looking For

• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
• Team-first attitude
• Previous kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidates
