At Con Azucar Cafe', we pride ourselves on serving exceptional coffee and creating a welcoming environment for our community. We're looking for a motivated and experienced Shift Lead to help manage daily operations and ensure our café runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise café staff during shifts, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and inventory checks.
• Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
• Maintain café cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally.
• Support the management team with scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or food service environment preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation, POS systems, and food safety practices is a plus.
