Position Summary
The Territory Manager is responsible for professionally representing and promoting all TOG brands (Elite Archery, Altra Arrows, Scott Archery, Custom Bow Equipment, Slick Trick) within an assigned territory, covering Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana. This role focuses on selling products, educating dealers and consumers, and growing sales and market share in alignment with TOG's sales and marketing objectives.
We are seeking candidates who bring a strong background in archery, bowhunting, and the outdoors. This position requires an avid outdoorsman with a passion for the outdoors industry, preferably with prior work experience in archery, outdoor sporting goods, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions
- Services existing customers by clearly and accurately presenting TOG products and programs, obtains and processes orders, and expertly trains sales associates on technical features and benefits of TOG products within assigned territory.
- Establish new accounts by planning, organizing, collecting and maintaining active prospect list within assigned territory.
- Keeps Senior Management and Customer Service informed by submitting requested reports.
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing an action plan; making recommendations to management and executing a positive resolution.
- Stay current on industry trends, products, and archery/hunting knowledge.
- Represent TOG brands (Elite Archery bows, Scott Archery releases, Custom Bow Equipment, Altra Arrows, and Slick Trick broadheads) at dealer events, ATA, Buying Group Shows, consumer events, and archery shoots.
- Maintain friendly relations with all customers and employees by always showing respect.
- The ability to build and maintain confidence and credibility with all employees.
- The ability to maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner results in a positive work relationship with customers, co-workers and managers.
- Ability to comply with Company standards of operations. Ability to adhere to the Core Values of the Company.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
OR
- Six (6) years of field sales experience in lieu of degree
Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of field sales experience (archery, sporting goods, or related industry preferred)
- Archery, bowhunting, or outdoor industry experience are strongly preferred
- Demonstrated passion for archery and the outdoors is essential

Working Conditions
- Territory: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Montana
- Travel: Required throughout assigned territory and for company events
- Hours: As necessary to fulfill responsibilities, including evenings and weekends when required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80, $100,000.00 per year
