Role: Salesforce Technical Lead / Architect – Wealth Management CRM

Title: AVP/VP

Location: NYC, NY or Atlanta, GA (Day 1 Onsite/Hybrid) – Fulltime

Mode of Work: 3 days/week onsite required

Required Experience: 12+ years

Hands-on Salesforce Technical Lead/Architect to own architecture, design, and delivery of a strategic Wealth Management CRM platform built on Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Sales & Service Cloud.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture and technical design for complex enhancements
• Design and deliver real-time bidirectional integrations across multiple Salesforce orgs and legacy systems (APIM/Apigee, MuleSoft)
• Drive Agile delivery: epics, stories, hands-on Apex/LWC/Flows, code reviews
• Own security, entitlement model, and compliance standards
• Lead testing strategy (Gherkin, Playwright, JMeter, Xray) and production releases
• Produce HLD/LLD, integration designs, and release documentation

Must-Have

• 12+ years Salesforce experience
• Expert in FSC data model, LWC, Apex, Platform Events, real-time integrations
• Proven Wealth Management/Financial Services Cloud delivery at tier-1 banks/brokerages
• Strong Agile leadership and stakeholder communication

Good-to-Have

• Prior investment banking WM experience
• Marketing Cloud exposure.
• Salesforce certification will be plus.
