We offer Fireplace suites, Jacuzzi suites, and our Awesome kids suites. Our guests are our main priority, and we strive to provide a clean, comfortable place for them to relax and enjoy what Parkshore Resort has to offer. Our amenities include a lounge with great nightly specials and a DJ on weekends for our guests to enjoy.
Summary

'We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team in . Based at our scenic resort, this role is vital in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out. Located in the heart of the resort, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, embodying our commitment to excellent service.'
Responsibilities

' Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.

• Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
• Provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate reservation records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and welcoming.
• Support other hotel operations as required.'
• Qualifications

' Proven experience in hospitality or hotel management.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of multi-line phone systems preferred.
