Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Associate to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming environment. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hotel or resort setting. Bilingual abilities and experience in hospitality management are highly valued to enhance guest relations and streamline operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy, handling inquiries efficiently
  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate guest records and reservations using hotel management software
  • Support night audit procedures as needed, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards
  • Uphold excellent phone etiquette and communication skills at all times
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and data entry

Experience

  • Previous experience in hotel management, front desk operations, or guest services is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles and guest relations techniques
  • Multilingual skills or bilingual proficiency (e.g., English-Spanish) are advantageous for serving diverse clientele
  • Experience with multi-line phone systems and reservation software is desirable
  • Knowledge of resort operations or hotel night audit procedures is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a hospitality environment
