Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master & Agile Coach with
5+ years of experience supporting Agile teams
. The ideal candidate will guide teams using Scrum and Kanban practices, facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement. Responsibilities include coaching teams, documenting working agreements, resolving conflicts, managing prioritized backlogs, and ensuring strong collaboration with technical and business stakeholders. The role requires strong communication skills, a servant-leadership mindset, and proficiency with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Teams, and Office365.
Agile certification (Scrum Master minimum) is required.
