Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests.
• Handle cash register transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
• Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly.
• Hours: Mon-Sat 10-3, 4-9. Closed Sunday.

Experience

• Previous experience in a server role within a restaurant setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
• Experience preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
