Role Description

This is a part-time remote position for a Virtual Assistant at Peak Bookkeeping Solutions. The Virtual Assistant will support the team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining communication with clients, scheduling appointments, organizing data, and assisting with bookkeeping operations. Other responsibilities may include responding to inquiries, preparing reports, ensuring the accuracy of financial records, and assisting with client workflow optimization as needed. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the team operates efficiently and that clients receive excellent support.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in administrative tools and general virtual assistant tasks, including scheduling, communication, and data organization
• Experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and managing financial transactions using systems such as QuickBooks Online, Xero, Gusto, or similar platforms
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, and e-commerce integrations like Shopify and Stripe is a plus
• Experience in the accounting, bookkeeping, or financial services industry is highly advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not required
