Ask us about our No-Frills Program — eligible full-time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) may opt out of company benefits and PTO in exchange for an additional $3.00 per hour in pay.

• Provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful care environment
• Support residents' dignity, comfort, and overall well-being
• Follow all facility policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards

• Pay range: $20.50 – $23.50 per hour (based on experience)
• No-Frills Program option: +$3.00/hour in lieu of benefits and PTO
• Employment status: Full-Time
• Shift: Day, Evening, and Night shifts available

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Requirements:

• Completion of Pennsylvania Nurse Aide Course and successful pass of registryexam
• Previous skilled nursing facility experience preferred
• Able to multi-task and highly organized
• Team-focused and able to communicate effectively
• Positive and can do attitude
• Able to pass background and drug screen
