Pharmacy Technician

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess strong knowledge of pharmacy operations.

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medication
• Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level
• Process prescriptions accurately and ensure all necessary information is complete
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Utilize medical terminology and pharmacy software to enter prescription information
• Prepare IV infusions following aseptic technique guidelines
• Administer medications under the supervision of a pharmacist

• Compounding experience and aseptic technique
• Experience in a stereile setting preferred
• Proficiency in medical terminology and pharmacy operations
• Strong patient service skills with a focus on critical care needs
• Knowledge of compounding procedures and medication administration techniques

Experience:

• Pharmacy technician experience: 1 year (Preferred)
