Graphic Designer

Are you passionate about design, organization, and helping customers bring their event stationery to life? We're looking for a talented Stationery Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you'll blend artistry with communication—working directly with customers to design beautiful stationery for weddings, events, and special occasions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create PDF proofs of stationery designs for potential customers based on customer request forms.
• Communicate professionally with potential and current customers via email, phone, and Zoom to guide them through the stationery ordering process. Work closely to ensure expectations are met.
• Provide expert advice on wedding timelines and event-related stationery needs.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) to design and edit stationery items.
• Monitor and respond promptly to incoming customer messages via phone, website chat, and Etsy.
• Assume creative projects such as designing matching stationery pieces or developing new design concepts.
• Create and send invoices through the company website to facilitate orders.
• Follow up on stationery inquiries with design suggestions and personalized assistance.
• Add and edit products on the company website and other selling channels.
• Support production and shipping as needed to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Upload print-ready files to in house HP Print Server using premade or custom imposition templates.
• Use of HP SmartStream Designer in InDesign to impose print jobs and optimize production efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Highly Adept in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator (required).
• Knowledge of Dropbox, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience in customer service or client communication
• Familiarity with print production processes preferred
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively
• Knowledge of the wedding industry and standard practices is a plus.

About the Position:

• This is a part time position with the potential of becoming full-time. Hours will vary depending on business levels and seasonality, but typically expected to be 20-30 hours per week.
• This is a fully remote position, candidates in Ohio are preferred, but we are open to other locations.
• Computer and design licenses will be provided.

Pay: $ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week
