Job Summary:

A Freddy's Crew Member plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position involves food preparation, taking customer orders, maintaining cleanliness, and working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet guests, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service.
• Cash Handling: Process payments, give correct change, and operate the register efficiently.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the dining area, service counter, and kitchen clean and organized.
• Team Collaboration: Work with coworkers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Opening & Closing Duties: Depending on the shift, set up or close down workstations properly.
