Custodial Worker Pool

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
- Perform general custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations

-Light maintenance needs

-Ability to fix things and repair items is a plus.

Skills:
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as buffers and floor scrubbers
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good time management skills to complete assigned duties within specified timeframes
- Strong communication skills to interact with team members and management
