Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met
• Manage cash handling and POS transactions efficiently and accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including bar and dining spaces
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards at all times
• Upsell menu items to maximize sales opportunities
• Assist in setting up banquet or catering events as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy hours, including nights and weekends
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills

• Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially fine dining or nightclub settings
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is preferred
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks efficiently during peak hours
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and billing accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to serve alcohol responsibly following all legal requirements
• Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation
