The Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee all daily operations. You will be the leader of our front-of-house team, the guardian of our standards, and the driving force behind our success. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to cultivating a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and schedule the FOH staff. Foster a collaborative, respectful, and high-energy team environment.
• Able to run the bar and being a server on the floor.
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience. Proactively handle feedback and resolve any issues with grace and efficiency.
• Operations & Standards: Uphold the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
• Vibe & Culture: Be the face of the restaurant, building rapport with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Bartender and Server.
• Strong understanding of restaurant hospitality, operations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.
• A passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable experiences.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
