We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Engineer with 10+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, securing, and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in routing, switching, firewalls, network security, cloud networking, and troubleshooting complex production issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level network infrastructure
• Manage LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and data center networks
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers
• Perform advanced network troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Implement and manage network security, firewall rules, and access controls
• Work with ISP vendors, data centers, and cloud service providers
• Support network migrations, upgrades, and high-availability solutions
• Ensure network performance, reliability, and scalability
• Create and maintain network documentation, diagrams, and SOPs
• Collaborate with system, security, and application teams
• Provide L3/L4 support and mentor junior engineers

Technical Skills Required

Networking

• TCP/IP, OSI Model, DNS, DHCP, NAT
• Routing Protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP
• Switching: VLANs, STP, VTP, EtherChannel

Network Security

• Firewalls: Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, FortiGate, Check Point
• VPN: IPSec, SSL VPN, Site-to-Site, Remote Access
• IDS/IPS, NAC, Zero Trust concepts

Hardware & Vendors

• Cisco, Juniper, Arista, HP, Fortinet, Palo Alto
• Wireless Controllers and Access Points

Cloud & Modern Networking

• AWS / Azure / GCP networking (VPC, VNets, Subnets, Gateways)
• Load Balancers, Transit Gateways
• SD-WAN (Cisco Viptela, Fortinet, Versa preferred)

Tools & Monitoring

• SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios, Wireshark
• Network automation basics (Ansible / Python – plus)
• Certifications (Preferred)

CCNP / CCIE

PCNSE / NSE / JNCIP

AWS or Azure Networking Certifications

Nice to Have

• Experience in global enterprise networks
• Network automation and scripting
• ITIL process exposure
