BIM Structural Designer

• 2+ years of professional BIM experience within the structural engineering and/or architectural field.
• Solid understanding of BIM technologies and how Building Information Modeling supports and impacts the AEC industry.
• Familiarity with project workflows, including schematic design, design development, and construction documentation, with a basic understanding of project coordination and delivery.
• Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of AutoCAD and other relevant design technologies; experience using both current and prior software versions is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams and organizational levels.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage tasks efficiently while meeting deadlines and providing consistent follow-up.
