Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Restoration Manager to join our team at Roto-Rooter. In this role, you will oversee restoration projects related to water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. Your leadership will be crucial in ensuring high-quality service delivery while maintaining safety standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish.
• Supervise restoration teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Conduct assessments of damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of restoration supplies and equipment.
• Train team members on best practices in restoration techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage and fire restoration.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety equipment used in restoration work.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
• Knowledge of mold remediation practices is a plus.
• Certifications related to restoration or mitigation are preferred.
