Calling all Natural Born Leaders….

Shift Leaders at Red's Savoy Pizza do exactly that – lead great shifts They make sure they have their aces in their places to prepare and deliver our legendary 'Sota-Style Pizza, pastas, salads and wings. They lead by example in all things Red's Savoy Pizza and ensure phenomenal customer service. There's also administrative work to complete like balancing the cash drawers and end of day process, inventory management, and readiness checklists.

Pay and Perks:

• Competitive hourly rate
• Great tips – typically up to $3.00-$4.00 per hour
• Paid time off

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Loves to coach and leads by example
• Action-oriented
• Service minded
• Superior communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced service environment with competing priorities
• Keen attention to detail
• Track record of dependability
