The Position:
We are looking for a Case Manager, who is willing to work in conjunction with the Caseworker Manager to identify strengths, needs, and resources to support UCs in Post Release Services. The Case Manager will assist in coordinating the Individual Service Plans for UC children to aid in the stabilization of UCs in the homes of their sponsors

Compensation And Benefits
The pay range we're offering is $68,640 annually, depending (Based) on experience.
