Job Overview:
As a Lot Technician, you will play an essential role in maintaining the organization and functionality of our lot. Your responsibilities will include ensuring vehicles are properly arranged, assisting with inventory, and ensuring the overall cleanliness and safety of the lot. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the organization and neatness of the lot, ensuring vehicles are parked in the designated spaces.
• Conduct routine inspections of vehicles and their condition.
• Assist customers and team members with locating or moving vehicles.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and light upkeep.
• Help manage inventory and track vehicle movement throughout the lot.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth lot operations.
• Provide assistance with the unloading and storage of vehicles as needed.

Qualifications:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Flexible availability to accommodate varying shifts and schedules.
• A valid driver's license and clean driving record are a plus.
