Direct Support Professional

Duties:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including children with autism.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration.
- Implement individualized care plans and behavior support plans.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
- Promote and uphold resident rights and dignity.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses and therapists, to provide comprehensive care.
- Document observations and incidents accurately and timely.
