Job Overview
Wor-Wic Community College is accepting applications for a full-time programmer/analyst to provide technical support, problem analysis and programming and integration skills in support of the college's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. This position may be required to respond to computer emergencies on an as-needed basis.

Essential Functions

Duties include providing technical and functional support, configuration and development for the College's CRM systems, ERP database modules and related auxiliary databases, which includes monitoring upgrades, conducting testing, providing support to functional areas, and developing solutions that include design, development, coding and testing and on-going support; maintaining the accuracy and integrity of data to meet mandated reporting requirements by documenting applicable procedures and collaborating with others to ensure problems are diagnosed and corrected; analyzing and remediating problems with programs and subroutines; assisting with testing and troubleshooting; contacting vendors for technical support; developing, testing and maintaining application programming interfaces (API) and data integrations between College systems; and assisting with planning for the implementation of new and existing systems, including developing specifications for writing new programs, training staff and guiding the development of such programs.

Requirements

Requirements include a bachelor's degree (four years of additional related work experience can be substituted for the education requirement); five years of related work experience, including experience with ERPs and CRMs or similar systems with the most recent work experience including SQL, 365 Online, APIs and/or business intelligence (BI) tools; strong verbal and written communication skills; highly technical computer applications skills; and a valid driver's license.

Preference will be given to applicants with Ellucian Colleague, Microsoft Dynamics experience and/or experience working in higher education.

Additional Information

The starting salary will likely range from $73,400 to $89,950 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
