Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a DAS Operations Technician based in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex. The DAS Operations Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Distributed Antenna Systems and wireless infrastructure. This role involves conducting diagnostic assessments, performing routine upkeep to ensure optimal system performance, and addressing technical issues. Additionally, the Technician will collaborate with team members, provide reports, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support seamless system operations.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Experience with preventive maintenance and understanding of system upkeep
• Knowledge of electricity and related systems as they pertain to wireless infrastructure
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to document work and collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site environment
• Previous experience in DAS or wireless infrastructure systems is strongly preferred
