POSITION: Leasing Manager
Location: Green Tree Apartments

Responsibilities:

  • Support our prospective residents by providing community tours and providing support through the application process.
  • Lead the rent collections process with current and previous residents.
  • Support the move-in process for our new residents.
  • Responsible for communicating and implementing lease renewals with residents.
  • Partner with co-workers in planning, promoting, and facilitating resident activities.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives for the property.
  • Utilizing social media to communicate with prospects and residents.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years' experience in multi-family property management preferred
  • Experience with the rent collection process
  • Experience with Entrata preferred
  • Ability to work schedule of Monday-Friday, 9-6, as well as occasional Saturdays
