Security System Electrician (Entry-Level)

Job Summary:

This is an entry-level position with on-the-job training provided. Ideal candidates are eager to learn, have a strong work ethic, and are looking to grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with service calls, system installations, programming, and inspections
• Load and unload equipment, wire, and materials
• Act as a spotter for technicians during installations and maintenance
• Climb ladders and work in crawl spaces and confined areas
• Travel as required for job assignments (transportation provided)
• Complete required job paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
• Work flexible shifts including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd as needed
• Work overtime as required (paid at time and a half)
• Maintain a professional and safety-conscious work environment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean criminal background
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Drug-free (pre-employment screening may be required)
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment and tools
• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
• Strong desire for long-term career growth and advancement
• Must be able to travel locally and occasionally stay overnight
