Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Kofax Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support enterprise document capture and automation solutions. This role is 100% onsite from Day 1 and requires availability for in-person interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Kofax platforms, .NET technologies, document management systems, and enterprise integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Kofax workflows, KTM data extraction models, and automation solutions
• Automate document capture, classification, validation, and routing for structured and unstructured documents
• Integrate Kofax solutions with enterprise systems (ECM, databases, cloud apps) using REST/SOAP web services
• Perform system analysis, solution design, and development for Document Management and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems
• Install, configure, tune, and maintain Kofax servers, scanners, and apply service packs/upgrades
• Develop and maintain technical documentation including HLD, LLD, and test plans
• Support OCR/ICR, barcode processing, image preprocessing, and ML-based classification solutions
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver enhancements

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a Kofax Developer
• Strong hands-on experience with Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6, KCIC, KCNS, Kofax (Tungsten) Total Agility
• Experience with IBM Content Manager and OpenText / RightFax
• Strong programming skills in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC, WinForms, WCF, WPF, LINQ, Entity Framework
• Experience with scripting languages: VBScript, JavaScript, SBL, WinWrap Basic
• Solid understanding of OCR/ICR, barcode technologies, image preprocessing, and document extraction
• Experience with backend RDBMS databases
• Strong knowledge of system analysis, design, and enterprise application development
