Summary

As a Nursing Assistant at Angelic Home Care Solutions, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care to our clients. Located in Bowie, Maryland, this position focuses on building trust and rapport with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist client with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing & grooming.
• Assistance with incontinence.
• Administer medications and monitor client health status according to care plans.
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance client well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Light housekeeping and laundry assistance for client including maintaining bedding and cleaning or bathroom.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification REQUIRED.
• CMT preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and first aid certification preferred.
• Experience in home healthcare setting is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols.
• Understanding of anatomy and basic medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

MUST HAVE: Reliable transportation to client locations in Bowie, MD.
