Printing Customer Service Representative

Hopkins Printing is looking for a CSR with experience in the printing industry. This is an in-person position responsible for ensuring our customers' needs are met. Daily activities include communicating and coordinating printed project needs through our plant and with outside service vendors. Our CSRs are the glue that help keep our Customers, our Sales Team members, our Production Managers, our Vendors, and our Employees up-to-date and on-schedule.

Excellent people and organizational skills are a must. Strong computer skills will be expected. Experience in the printing field will be prioritized.

Hopkins is a commercial printing company with 100 employees on 3 shifts. This is an in-person position. Hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with a 1 hour lunch.
