Paralegal

The Sinas Dramis Law Firm is seeking a full-time paralegal for our downtown Grand Rapids office. We are looking for a bright, dedicated individual who will embrace our mission of providing injured people with exceptional and compassionate legal representation. Our cases primarily involve civil negligence matters and disputes with insurance companies that have wrongfully denied benefits to injured individuals.

While formal paralegal education and prior paralegal experience are preferred, we will consider candidates with significant professional or academic experience relevant to personal injury litigation.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Excellent writing skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and, ideally, Adobe programs
• A willingness to embrace and learn new technologies

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Organizing and summarizing medical records
• Conducting basic pre-suit investigations
• Identifying applicable liens
• Assisting with preparation of case summaries
• Communicating with clients
• Performing other substantive and administrative tasks as assigned
