Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative , you will connect with potential customers to promote our products and services using effective communication and persuasive sales techniques. This role is essential in generating qualified leads, supporting the sales team, and contributing to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products.
• Qualify leads and gather relevant information to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
• Accurately record interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions professionally.
• Maintain a positive attitude while managing rejection and high call volumes.
• Must be comfortable using a well structured script for customer conversations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Call Center Representative or in a similar sales role with a strong record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle rejection while staying positive and motivated.
• Proficiency with CRM systems
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education in sales or marketing is a plus).

Compensation & Benefits

• $17–$18/hour + weekly bonuses (up to $300+)
