We invest in community events and digital, low-cost mental health tools for early parenting families, ensuring the content is stigma-free and culturally aligned to the communities we serve locally & nationally.
Role (Volunteer, unpaid):
Role Description:
We are seeking a
Volunteer Project Manager
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of quarterly community events and internal operations initiatives. This role focuses on translating goals into structured plans, keeping timelines on track, and ensuring cross-functional alignment across volunteers, partners, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of quarterly community events (e.g., Q1 Webinar, Q2 Growth Seminar, Backpack Drive, etc).
- Translate program goals into project plans, timelines, and task lists in Asana.
- Track progress across volunteers, partners, and leadership; flag risks or blockers early.
- Support coordination of operational initiatives related to events, outreach, and internal workflows.
- Document post-event learnings and process improvements to support continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with project management, operations, or program coordination (professional or volunteer).
- Familiarity with tools like Asana, Google Workspace.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working independently with light guidance.
- Interest in community impact, nonprofit operations, or social good.
