(Part-Time | Hybrid – Remote + Limited On-Site)

Location: TAG Muay Thai — Sterling, VA

Hours: 15–25 hours per week

Role Overview

TAG Muay Thai is hiring a Membership & Lead Operations Coordinator to support front-end systems, lead follow-up continuity, and membership administration.

This is a systems + execution role, not a coaching position, not primary front desk coverage, and not a sales-closing role. The purpose of this position is to ensure no leads, waivers, emails, or follow-ups fall through the cracks.

You will work closely with the Operations Lead to keep systems clean, communication tight, and member experience consistent.

Schedule & Structure (Read Carefully)

• 15–25 hours per week
• Primarily remote
• Initial on-site training required (1–2 weeks, limited evenings)
• Optional on-site presence during peak hours (Tues/Thurs) if needed

Core Responsibilities

1. Membership & Waiver Administration

2. Send, track, and verify liability waivers

3. Ensure all members and trial students are properly documented
4. Flag missing or incomplete forms

5. Maintain clean, accurate member records

6. Lead Management & Follow-Up

7. Respond to inbound leads (email, text, CRM)

8. Log all interactions accurately
9. Follow up after trial classes
10. Nurture undecided prospects

11. Advance leads through the pipeline (not hard-closing)

12. CRM & System Management

13. Maintain CRM accuracy (Grow Pro, Zen Planner, or similar)

14. Update lead statuses
15. Remove duplicates
16. Keep notes clean and usable

17. Track conversions and outcomes

18. Email Management

19. Monitor and manage the main business inbox

20. Respond to routine inquiries
21. Escalate important or sensitive messages to leadership

22. Keep response times tight and inbox organized

23. Reporting & Communication

24. Provide weekly summaries to the Operations Lead:

25. new leads
26. follow-ups completed
27. trials scheduled
28. memberships converted
29. outstanding issues

This role ensures leadership has visibility without micromanagement.

Collaboration with External Agency (Important Context)

TAG Muay Thai works with an external concierge service (GoPro Agency) that assists with inbound lead response during weekday business hours (Monday–Friday, 9–5).

This role will:

• Coordinate within existing lead workflows
• Ensure CRM data remains accurate and up to date
• Handle follow-ups, waivers, and continuity outside agency coverage
• Maintain clean handoffs and visibility for leadership

This role does not manage or replace the agency — it complements existing systems and ensures continuity.

• Coaching or teaching classes
• Primary front desk coverage
• Payroll or accounting
• Strategic decision-making
• Full-time or daily on-site

This is a focused execution role.

Experience with gyms, studios, or membership-based businesses is a plus — but not required.

Pay Range

$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience

(~$1,200–$2,000 per month at 15–25 hrs/week)

No commission initially — this role is about process, consistency, and reliability, not sales pressure.
