About the Role

• Install, configure, maintain, and support IT hardware and software across the organization
• Monitor system and network performance; proactively troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure high availability
• Administer user accounts, access permissions, and security settings in alignment with company policies
• Ensure compliance with security standards, access controls, and software licensing requirements
• Manage and maintain backup systems and disaster recovery plans
• Configure and support network infrastructure including switches, firewalls, and related networking equipment
• Provide hands-on technical support to end users for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, network diagrams, and IT procedures

Qualifications

• IT Administration or Systems/Network Administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft platforms and Azure tools
• Experience working in hybrid IT environments
