Responsibilities:

• Provide nursing care and administer medication according to residents' care plans
• Monitor residents' health and update medical records
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure the highest standard of care
• Educate residents and families on health care needs
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory requirements
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans for residents
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in Missouri
• Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Compassionate and dedicated to resident care
