About Us

Poli LED & Signs is a fast-growing LED lighting company. Our website is a major sales channel, and we're looking for a WordPress/WooCommerce developer who can build, optimize, and grow our online presence with strong SEO and marketing fundamentals.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and improve our WordPress + WooCommerce website (performance, UX, stability)
  • Build and optimize product/category pages for conversion (CRO mindset)
  • Implement and manage technical SEO: site structure, indexing, schema, internal linking, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemap,
  • Improve site speed and Core Web Vitals (caching, image optimization, script cleanup, plugin audits)
  • Support marketing initiatives: landing pages, promotions, email capture flows, and tracking
  • Set up and maintain analytics/reporting: GA4, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, conversion tracking
  • Work with our team on content strategy (blogs, category copy, product SEO templates)
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly (plugin conflicts, theme issues, WooCommerce checkout/shipping/tax bugs)

Requirements (Must Have)

  • Strong experience with WordPress + WooCommerce
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices (on-page + technical)
  • Comfort with HTML/CSS, and working knowledge of PHP and JavaScript
  • Experience with performance tools (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights, GTmetrix)
  • Ability to communicate clearly, document changes, and manage tasks independently

Nice to Have (Big Plus)

  • Experience with elementor/avada/woodmart or custom themes (whichever you use)
  • Experience with product feed management (Google Merchant Center, Meta catalog)
  • Local SEO + content strategy experience
  • Basic graphic/UX sense (clean layouts, mobile-first thinking)
  • Familiarity with e-commerce ops: SKUs, variations, inventory, shipping rules, taxes

What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

  • Website runs faster and smoother (Core Web Vitals improved)
  • SEO foundation cleaned up (indexing issues resolved, schema implemented, better internal linking)
  • Higher conversion rate through better product/category page structure
  • Tracking is accurate (GA4 events, conversions, ecommerce tracking)
  • Clear plan/roadmap for ongoing SEO + content + growth
