We're looking for an experienced Kitchen Manager to join our amazing team

This position will require the following, but is not limited to:

• Must bring a positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Must know food prep, sanitation and obtain proper serve safe certifications.
• In charge of scheduling, hiring, discipline, and HR for your department.
• Develop opening/closing/side work procedures; implementation and execution.
• Keep up on equipment maintenance/cleaning
• Vendor relations and ordering
• Be able to make store runs for supplies
• Work with other managers to keep quality, consistency and customer service up to par
• Possess reliable transportation
• Work well in a fast paced and changing team environment
• Must be able to handle stressful situations with a cool head
• Poses good communication skills
• Work with multiple vendors to keep pricing competitive
• Develop specials and help with event planning
• Have the ability to work with a variety of personality types
• Well groomed

Starting Pay for this position may vary based on the experience you bring to the table.

Starting $24-$26 per hour with paid leave after a year, bonus/profit sharing options available; all depending on experience and skill set.
