We are looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the construction of our projects, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner, and that all safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, strong organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with contractors and other personnel.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily scheduling, supervising activities, and ensuring the safety and compliance of the construction site.
• Identifying and resolving conflicts in construction progress, implementing cost-effective management techniques.
• Maintaining detailed records of work performed and utilizing BuilderTrend software for daily updates.
• Conducting Superintendent duties across multiple job sites simultaneously.
• Collaborating with local jurisdictions for required inspections and permits.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during projects, recognizing when expert assistance is needed.
• Working with Purchasing to maintain accurate budgets and purchase orders.
• Coordinating with trade partners to ensure plans are followed, schedules are met, and any issues dealt with in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills: To excel in this role, you will need:

• 1+ years of verifiable experience as a residential construction superintendent or a related field.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to use various communication tools effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and plan work activities.
• Physical capability to lift weights ranging from 5 to 80 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to various jobsites as assigned.
• Experience in housing, development, or multifamily maintenance is preferred.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
